  Melfort House is nestled in a quiet corner of Argyll on Scotland's legendary west coast only 15 miles south of Oban.

We can be found on the shores of Loch Melfort, just over a mile from the A816 Oban to Lochgilphead road.  Leave the A816 at the village of Kilmelford and turn west following the sign for Melfort 1¼ miles. Immediately after the stone bridge turn right through stone pillars and bear left into our drive.

Edinburgh and Glasgow airports are both within 3 hours and the nearest train station is in Oban. Oban is also the main ferry terminal for many Scottish islands including Mull, Iona, Coll, Tiree and Colonsay.
